Default Help finding a realtor

I'm trying to looking for a property around GMU. (Roberts Rd) Does anybody recommend any realtor that specialize in that area or a way for me to find a good realtor out there? I thought about going to the nearest realty around the area but I'm not sure how effective that would be. I'm preferably looking for realty that only deals with buyers.

Thanks

Mr. Mark is on a distinguished road
When I'm looking for an agent to refer business outside of my normal working area I look on Realtor.com. I'll do a search for the specific town along with choosing the ePRO designation. Epro agents are certified to be proficient with the newest technologies to collect, interpret, and communicate real estate information to their clients. I also look for agents who have been in business 8+ years that are Top Producers ($8+ Million in production yearly). Lots of people got into Real Estate when the market was HOT but those days are gone. Unfortuantely those agents didn't get much real life training.

As a buyer there are lots of good deals out there right now - Good Luck!
