NVCC is accessible by metro bus.
They do have one campus in Ballston, with limited classes, that has metro next to it.

None of the colleges in MA are accessible by Metro.
In MD, PGCC in Largo area is sort of accessible by Metro. (A long walk)

DC doesn't have a community college, but UDC (near Van Ness Metro) has similar resident rates if you take a few classes or more.
As for NOVA, the Alexandria campus of NOVA is the most easily accessible full service campus. You take the blue/yellow lines to the Braddock St. Metro, then hop on a DASH bus to campus (1/2 hour). Not too bad.

Northern Virginia Community College - Annandale Campus is accessible by Metrobus. However, it's about a 50 minute bus ride from the Pentagon Metro station.

Technically, UDC is splitting off into a community college and four-year university starting this fall.
Here in VA, the Annandale campus (possibly the largest?) is accessible by Metro bus but not Metro rail.
EDIT: I just realized that we've revived an old thread. but this information may still be useful.
