I have lived here for almost 22 years and had no idea there was a sewage treatment plant anywhere nearby. Although I would prefer to live closer to the city, we have never moved because we have amazing neighbors and a real sense of community. I love my house and the homes in this neighborhood, are generally very well maintained by owners who take pride in them. During the recent snow storm, everybody was out and neighbors were helping neighbors. We have a very active social committee that hosts parties for children and others that are adult-only. As for being dog-friendly, I have two dogs who spend most of the day looking out the front window "talking" to all of the other dogs that walk by. It's very noisy in my house! This is a very nice place to live (if you can stand Washington area traffic). As for being accessible to GMU, it's a very easy drive straight down New Braddock road.

Hey - it's not a "sewage" treatment plant anymore - it's the Upper Occoquan SERVICE Authority. Anyway, I driven past there hundreds of times and I've never smelled a thing if that's the where this is headed...

Yes there is. It is a combination community center and pool. Very nice and well maintained. The use of the pool/community center is paid for by our Green Trails Community Home Owners Association (HOA) fees.
