I wouldn't be too fast to say no to Sterling.

If you are looking at Sterling in the 20164 area code, then yes, you are right. This is mainly Sterling Park area.

Sterling in the 20165 area code, however, is much nicer. The homes are more expensive up there and there is some really nice wooded areas. In fact, the reason why they keep calling it Cascades (and Potomac Falls) is because they really don't want to be assoicated with Sterling Park.

I will check out 20165 and see but no areas are off limites well D.C. maybe. But if it's what I am looking for then I will go for it. Thanks TCjohnson for your advice very helpful and Veik your funny!!! your advice is very helpful also it seems to me you guys know about the city, and by the way immigrants or fine as long as they don't bother me and stay off the corners. now Illegal is different!!!just my thought but I enjoy everyone.

20164 verses 20165 isn't that close!!!!

You really need to come out and take a look for yourself. Words like "cookie cutter," "congested," "upscale", etc. may describe something different to you than they do to me. It's hard to guess what another person might like. I still have a feeling you'd like Cascades. But I'm prejudiced--I love it there.

Great Falls could work, especially the part near Seneca Road.
