Yeah those numbers can be misleading. Never quite know how big it truly is. Our basement doesn't have a walk out but they include it in RE listings, but dont include the 600 sq ft storage room that could be made into a 5th bedroom. And we certainly use that 600 sq ft!

I circled the streets of Morris Farm. Not all are shown with a name on it though, you'll have to use a map website and zoom in more.

if you move to haymarket, you will only need to spend about 5 minutes to get on 66. Morris Farm is good because it's about 15 mins to the VRE station

Heather . did they change the design of the houses? I visited that place when the roads were still dirt. I remember seeing a lot of Glass blocks on the houses in the design gallery.

How does your husband commute from Gainesville to McLean? I am moving to Nova in a few weeks and we are scoping out neighborhoods. Husband will be working at Ballston. Thanks in advance.

Hmm I don't know. Depends on which of the two builders' designs you were looking at. None stand out at me for having glass block.
