It used to be called Carter Lake Apartments. It was purchased and renovated by Comstock Homes to be sold as condos. That fell through over a year ago and the complex was sold to another RE firm to be managed as apartments again.

Probably okay if you have a roommate. I recently started to jog on the paved paths that run behind the Townhouse clusters and Colvin Woods. There's a very wooded area that buffers the developments from Wiehle Avenue, and the path runs through the wooded area and near the two apartment complexes. Idon't recall the name of the other apartment complex but recall one or both being used by the county in their section 8 program. I hardly ever see anyone on the paths which makes me somewhat suspicious that the locals are cautious about walking around in the area.
