Need Quick Info on Area of (apts) Huntington Point on the Potomac (highrise)

Hello,

I was hoping to get feedback on the area of the apartment complex, Huntington Point on the Potomac. They have cheap rents (a red flag, maybe), but I was looking for something short term since I need to move to NOVA in two weeks. I cannot come to look at a place before moving. I've already read reviews on Apartment Ratings - Apartments for Rent with Ratings and Reviews from Actual Renters, but even the luxury highrises have just as many, if not the same type of negative reviews. If you have any info on the area of this complex, or the complex itself, would you please help me out? I have to make a decision rather quickly, unfortunately.

The area is fine- safety-wise.

However, it is right next to the Woodrow Wilson Bridge and associated construction. The construction there should be ending soon, but there's still traffic noise to contend with.

That said, I knew someone who lived there and it seemed OK. Definitely a no-frills apartment, but not falling apart or roach-infested either.
