Good morning, everyone. I'm new to the forum and apologize if this has already been addressed. What is the closest Metro station to the Burke area? Would that be the Vienna/Fairfax station? Is the distance walkable? A short/long drive? Thanks!

Hi Constantine - the Springfield Metro is probably the closest. Dunn Loring and Vienna aren't that far away, either.

You're also close to the Burke VRE commuter train. There is a station off of Burke road and one off of Roberts. Some neighborhoods in Burke are close enough to walk to the VRE.

Yes, the closest Metro station would be the Franconia-Springfield station on the Blue Line. But too far to be walkable. These maps are helpful:
