It's odd to raise this question about a five year old post but the answer is simple. The OP typed the original text in a word processing program and accidentally left the Title Case/Capitalize Each Word option selected. This Will Capitalize Every Single Word In A Sentence Automatically. The OP forgot (or didn’t realize) that he/she should have cleaned it up before pasting into the thread.

Interesting, I've never seen/used that feature in a word processor. But that would certainly make more sense if it were the reason...

Why not just stick with one? Honestly it has never even struck me to have a realtor send my listings I do my own due diligence and check the sites every day, only my husband and myself know what we want. if you do your own due diligence and work with one to show them to you, you will have far more success. best of luck
also in a comission based enviroment you are basically asking these people to work for free without any potential to actually give your business to them, would you like that?

In this day & age really the value of the realtor is in navigating the closing process, not finding listings. Anyone with a rudimentary understanding of computers can easily search for homes within whatever parameters they like. Many of the websites are very user friendly. You can even set up an account on alot of them to automatically email you listings based on your search criteria.
