Depends on what you mean by 'region'. Try C&W Books in Dale City in the strip mall across from Potomac Mills. 14583 Potomac Mills Rd

Also depends on what you mean by good. Different bookstores will seem right to dfferent people. One might suit your tastes and interests well while doing nothing at all for me. Still, you might try any of the more than two dozen used bookstores listed here...

Used Bookstores in DC, MD, and VA

For me, Second Story Books would be a good choice...at least the one in DC...

Not sure where you're at but they have McKay Used books in Manassas off of 234 across from the mall. You can also sell used books and dvds there as well.

There is a used bookstore on MetroTech Dr off of Lee Hwy in Chantilly. It is near the Lowes.
