New to Burke (Springfield: obgyn, house, neighborhoods)

Hi!
First thanks to all of you for the advice you have posted over the years. I used that feedback to narrow my search and I just rented a nice house in the Cherry Run ES area. As I prepare to move I would like to ask for some feedback:

Any good Pediatricians? OBGYN? Dentist/ Pediatric/Family? Family pactritioner? ( I have Tricare)

Also I would like to have my son join a Tae Kwon Do school, I saw several in the area - are they any good?

The house has FIOS, any happy costumers here? Should I go to 10 megs or 20 megs?

What are the options for cub scouts in the area?

I plan to take the VRE... How does the bus system works in the Burke neighborhoods?

Try Drs. at Huntsman Medical Center on Huntsman Blvd. Springfield - physical address is in Springfield but almost in Burke.

Welcome to the area! I grew up in NoVA, but moved to the Burke area about 8yrs ago. My son attends Laural Ridge ES.

For a dentist, try Tomaselli at the corner of Burke Center Pkwy and 123 (near Goodyear).

I like our pediatrician at The Pediatric Group (formally Patriot Square Pediatrics) on Braddock across from GMU, though this may be a bit far for you.

We also love Black Belt Academy in University Mall (also across from GMU on Braddock) for TDK, though again, this may be a bit far.

Cub scouts are usually run through the school systems, so look for flyers once school starts. I think most schools have at least one pack (ours sponsors two, and a local church has a third).
