Coppermine Crossing, ZIP 20171 [Urgent help pls] (Herndon, Fairfax: townhomes, purchase, to live in)

Hello all,

I am new to the NOVA area but alreayd love it minus the traffic :\. I used to live in eastern MD bty. I was browsing for townhomes around Herdon area and stumbled into this community call COPPERMINE CROSSING. I plot it on the googlemap and i noticed that it is very very close to Dulles airport to the point that I am afraid jet plane noise maybe troublesome/annoying.

Anyone live around that area that can give me any advice? I am planning to purchase soon. Thanks for your help!

Noise won't be a problem. South Riding is an area where you get more airplane noise b/c the planes fly directly over it all day long. Zip code 20171 is a couple of miles "to the side" of the aiport but when landing and taking off, the planes don't go directly overhead.

we live about a block from Coppermine Crossing and airplane noise is not a problem at all
