Lake Ridge (Woodbridge: house, neighborhood, high schools)

Hello all!!
I have narrowed my search to Lake Ridge. I know most of you that live there say any area in LR is fine. I picked Lake Ridge MS over Woodbridge MS. We have found a house off of Mohican and Manitoba. It seems like a great neighborhood.
I would appreciate any feedback on schools and that specific area if possible!!

I grew up in that area and work there as well. That area is real nice and the schools are good as well (I have family and friends who work in the elementary and high schools in the area). I would pick LR over Woodbridge middle anyday. Make sure you check out Lake Ridge Park. It's right down the street from you off of Hedges Run Drive.

I almost forgot, you are REAL close to Fantasyland playground off of cotton mill drive and hedges run drive, check it out, your kids will love it.

We're original owners when the neighborhood was built; moved in Fall 1982 - two kids thru schools here (now one is prosecutor, other computer security guru) - LOVE the neighborhood..hope to welcome you aboard. Mike.
