I recently took a position in Rockville, MD and live in Ashburn, I take Route 7 to 495 to 270 in the morning and can get to the office in 50 minutes,, I'm happy with that, its just this commute going home, Tysons is so backed up it takes me an hour and 30 to get home. My question, Can anyone tell me how long it would take me if I took 267 from 495 to Ashburn. Is it worth it or should I just deal....

I can't believe you are not taking 267 both ways. Give it a try; I'm sure you will find that the time you save is worth the toll.

you can go north on 28 out of Rockville and take whites Ferry over to Leesburg and take rt 7 home to Ashburn. I'd say it would be under an hour home. The Ferry is $3 I believe but they sell books at a bit of a discount.

Yes the toll is worth a try... it will cost about $5 each way from Ashburn to 495.
