Default Lansdowne Town Center Townhomes

I wanted to know if anyone has purchased the townhouses in Lansdowne Towncenter?

We are thinking of buying one which is around 3100sq for 450K, it is right in the town center with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, I think the price is a good deal, but wanted to know maybe I should give them an offer for a lower price.

Thanks,

Shouldn't you always offer a lower price?

A friend of mine bought one of those townhouses and seems to like it.

Of course, I gave them an offer they didn't go for it.
I'm thinking maybe I pay the closing cost myself since they said they will cover the closing cost for 10k which they add to the price of the townhouse.

I think the closintg cost maybe less than 10k.

Thanks,
As your realtor to do a marketing study showing price sales there the last six months. I bet you will see a steady drop in prices.
