For Comcast do you have to have cable also? Do you happen to have any idea of the pricing? Thanks for the info

you dont need any cable to get just internet, however you will need the physical cable connection to the house. The pricing is about 80 something after tax and cable modem lease.

Just fyi, I recently called Comcast and they tack on an extra ~$10 for high speed internet if you do not subscribe to their cable tv service.

I think ours is about $69 or $70 for internet and phone through Comcast for the first year.
