Moving to Leesburg or somewhere nearby
I may be working in the Leesburg area and was wondering where are good places to live with a max commute of 30min or if theres something like the metro in dc? So what are good cities to live in? I am looking for SFH or townhouses under $2000. Any ideas on good realtor companies?

Leesburg itself would be a good place to live...
kids? schools? what else are your requirements?
There Ashburn, Sterling, Purceville, etc... depending on what you want there are ALOT of good places within 30minutes of leesburg.
NO there is no metro or commuter trian service avail in Loudoun county.

requirements? i have a cat and a spouse and we have big bulky furniture, so very open or big sfh or townhouse. 3 or 4 bedroom, 2-3 bath would be nice, and looking at our funding i think it would be best to be as close to leesburg since the gas prices are so atrocious.

also it would help if the rental company can be found online. that allow less time spent on looking up houses.

Go to HomesDatabase select Virginia, then Loudoun (County), and you can search for rentals in the Leesburg area zip codes.
