Hi All,

My cousin works in chevy chase and her husband works in DC. They wanted to take an apt for rent near by these two places. Preferably near by DC. Can anyone suggest the best place which is cheaper or near by metro stn to commute to DC. they are new to that maryland &DC area. Not able to choose correct place.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Sounds like you would want to post this in the Maryland forum as Chevy Chase is a MD suburb just outside DC.

If you are truly asking for the closest spot in Northern Virginia to those two areas, then, I'd recommend Rosslyn. It's literally across the river from DC and there is a convenient Metro station there. Of course, you'll have to pay for that convenience; you also may be in housing competition with 20-somethings who frequent the nearby Ballston-Clarendon corridor.
