Default Huntington Area and Subdivision in Alexandria

I'm sorry I posted this earlier today but didn't post the city I was talking about.

Is this a safe area for renting a townhome? What about the Huntington metro station, would it be safe to walk through at night?

The Washington Area Metro Transit Police Headquarters is at the Huntington Metro. This area is free from gang activity or any great amount of crime. Depending upon your budget you will be well served by the Huntington Club condos, Jefferson Manor, the Midtowns of Alexandria, Hunting Creek Club and Montebello.

Jefferson Manor is a townhouse community and I like it a little more than the townhouses in the flat of Huntington around Cameron Run. Cameron run can (very rarely) flood and the siding on the homes in Huntington has not held up as nicely as the brick of Jefferson Manor. I'd definitely look to the Huntington Club before going to townhouses in Huntington.
