General Practitioner
I will be moving to Alexandria in 2 months and am working on getting all new doctors including a GP and OB/GYN, any suggestions??

I still don't have a GP but I have a name that husband's Neph. suggested and I plan to check her out, our GP retired yrs. ago. I haven't been sick, just see an Endo. occasionally - I do like my OB/GYN though, have gone there since I moved here many yrs. ago, closest is in Vienna though, but they are good I think and they also have female midwives (or at least one) - if you are interested. I don't feel comfortable posting names on a board, DM me though. Welcome to Alexandria

I need a GP myself...evertime I find a good one, they either retire or move away! Medicine isn't nearly as good a racket as it used to be. The insurance companies are chiseling doctors so bad these days that they have to see way more patients to make a buck. That's why you get the bum's rush at most doctors' offices.
