I'm making a gag gift involving a CD case and I'd like to get it shrink wrapped for the sake of authenticity.

I heard the business formerly known as Kinkos does it but I called and hit a dead end.

Does anyone know a shop in town that can do this for me? I live in Alexandria so the closer the better.

You can get plastic at Michael's, A.C. Moore, etc. that is made for shrink-wrapping gift baskets. You use a hair dryer to heat the plastic.

That is my suggestion as well. I do it all the time for gift baskets, people can't believe I "made" the stuff.
