Dulles Corner (20171) Apartments/Area Info (Herndon, Tysons Corner: apartment complex, house, construction)

My fiance and I have been out looking for apartments for the two of us (we are looking to stay under $2,000/month) and stumbled upon Ashton Dulles Corner (Herndon, 20171 zip code). We found the units to be very nice in the complex. One of us commutes to Tysons Corner and the other works in Herndon. This area seems to work for both of us as it is quick hop to Herndon and also provides quick access to the Toll Road.

Does anyone have information they can share on the this apartment complex or the surrounding Dulles Corner area? I have searched these forums and used other web search tools but find very little information other than that there is construction/perceived overbuilding in the area.

Any information/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

We live in 20170 right now, Dulles Greene Apts. We've really liked the area (we just bought a house in Ashburn) it seems close to everything for us, reasonable prices and newer construction. 28 traffic is getting better and better will all the ramps, and there are pockets of bad traffic, but that's anywhere here.
