I can't find anything in Norther Stafford to rent that is affordable that I like. I am looking for a 4 bed w/ traditional flair, prefer some brick, some yard etc. Is there any other place I should look for? Also what schools are slated for this area? Thank you.

I found a couple of rental properties for you online. You can get a great townhouse with that amount of money but single family house will be at top of your price range. However I came up with two. If you will be in the area for a while, i suggest; you BUY! Market is really down and not many people can afford to buy so that gives you the power to negotiate even more.
Whatever you decide to do, its a great place to live with a lot of military families and professionals, and not busy at all.. We were stationed at Camp Lejeune prior to this posting and i had the worts three years of my life down there. It was terrible. This place gives you access to go whereever you want to go with an easy commute. It is nice. Good luck with your move !
