I agree with bungalowmo and VRE332, the first post belongs on a blog. Post in answer to a question or to add to general knowledge. People can go to mris.com and get all the statistics they want; they don't need a sales pitch.

I'm making a judgement call and closing this thread.

Real estate agents are welcomed on these forums for their unique and informed perspective on housing. However, one does not want to give the appearance of "advertising". To paraphrase the famous quote from Field of Dreams, "If you build it (i.e. trust and comradery), it (interested prospects) will come."
