If you live in Reston and are looking for a reliable trash hauler, I high recommend Reston Trash. They are a small family-owned compnay in business since 1974 who provide service far, far superior to the national trash hauling companies. I used to use one of these national companies, but got so fed up with their hit and miss approach to collections that I switched to Reston Trash in 2002 and would never use anyone else. Reston Trash is the type of company, for example, that made lots of unscheduled extra runs to help its customers remove (at no additional charge) the mountains of yard debris in their lawns and gardens when Hurricane Isabelle hit this region in 2003

Window World replaced all our windows. I waited a month to write this, on the off chance that we would be disappointed in them. But time has passed and we're still very happy. Good price, and the workers seemed to take great pride in their work. Caulking in particular was done well.

Well found another great resturant in Ballston. Big Buns gourmet and grill makes a great burger. There is also a great pizza place right across from the Ballston metro.

Tony's NY Pizza in Manassas is great, YUM I could go there for dinner...haven't been there in a while...

I also like the breakfast at Tom's Diner in Manassas Park, their homefries are so good.

Are you certain it's not in Manassas City? On RT 28 just south of a McDonalds? It used to be Colonial Diner many years ago if it's the same place i'm thinking of.

It could be in Manassas, probably is. I still am not 100% certain where the boundary lines are, always get mixed up and think Manassas Park is everything on the other side of rt. 28. It is next to a McDonalds and a Subway is right across the street there. It's a real small diner but excellent food.

I was so impressed that several vendors at the Farmers Market at Oakton, Va show up in the blustery Saturday. They couldn't put up their tents because of high wind. In the cold wind, they put up their tables and products. From time to time they have to press down on their tables to protect their goods from the greedy wind.

All vendors sell goods either made from home-kitchen or grown on their own farms.
You should visit them on Saturday.
The market is located on the parking lot of Unity Unitarian Church on Hunter Mill Rd of Oakton.
