Reckless Driving in Loudoun County, VA
Hi,
I was pulled over on Rt.28 (50 mph) going 76 (mph) Rt.28 is 55mph except for a very short distance close to Sterling Rd. I did not relaized that I was going that fast!! I was not changing lane or anything I was in the left lane and following the traffic.....I have a clean record, first offense. I have to go to Loudoun County Court in leesburg. I have never been in the court..do I need a lawyer? am I gonna go to jail?? what should I do? what should I expect?? HELP
