We are considering buying a home in Bristow Village (in VA), and I have questions that I am hoping someone can answer.

What is the community like? Is it generally families?

What is the commute like from Bristow Village to 66 during the morning rush hour and home?

Can you hear the freight train that goes by? How often does it go by, does it run late at night?

What are the pros/cons of living in Bristow Village?

What is the average amount spent on utilities in the winter/summer months for a 3000 sq foot home in the village?

Any other information would be appreciated!!!

Thanks!
