It's "Within" not "Withing" you 16 year old silly goose! and YES, you should get that reckless, your parents should (and will) pay about 200 a month more in insurance costs for YOU. then, they'll limit your driving, you'll become rebellious and have fights with them, then run away, quit school, become a bum.....after a few years, you'll realize that you were wrong and you will make up with your parents, but by then, your life has......oh my God....sorry, i didn't know i was still writing! good luck buddy.

Hey, be happy that you are alive. Besides since you are 16 you will be in juvenile court. The best thing you can do is giving up your drivers license for a few years and take the hit for reckless driving. I got a reckless ticket when I was 17, had to pay court fees, fine ($220.00) and that was 23 yrs ago. Learn from it and move on.
