Does anyone else seem to think that their Dec. electric bill is really high. Yes, my Kw usuage is up but the price being paid for it seems to have went up also. Whats with the compairable price stuff on the side? That went up too.

We are on the budget plan - so much easier to have the same plan every month. I do believe the rates went up recently however.
