Newberry is a very attractive, well kept community near route 28 and the W&OD trail. The style ranges from brick front, colonial style to some very contemporary style homes. It is a condominium community, which means there is a condo fee in addition to your mortgage payment. It does have a community pool and is a very well managed community. Each unit has reserved parking and there is ample visitor parking. I have had several clients buy in there and they are happy with their choice. You can get some good deals for your money in today's market.
