The commons on william square...Condos on the parkway in woodbridge
I was curious if anyone lives in these condos or knows anything about them. My wife and I did a walk through about six months ago and the prices have dropped considerably since then. I know the 22191 zip code of woodbridge is not considered the greatest but i did rent across the street from these condos back in 2004-2006 and did not have any problems.
If anyone know anything about the neighborhood, residents, build quality or Condo fees/management of this community i would appreciate it. Thanks.
