I've never seen a flood there and I lived in the area behind it for about 15 years. Cannon Bluff is REAL nice.

I don't know where Cannon Bluff is but I'll never forget Hurricane Agnes in June 1972. She tore the heck out of Hoffmasters Marina in Occoquan.

A bunch of us had to go anchor out on the Potomac for three days to save our boats. It's was a pretty wild party out there!

No flooding in Cannon Bluff - my family has collectively lived there since it was first developed. We have friends who are even closer to the water in the neighborhood further down Bacon Race Road on Poppy Court, and they have not had any flooding in 30 years. Cannon Bluff is a nice area!
