That stuff is usually custom made by ornamental iron/welding shops.

It's been a while, but the times I've done it, it wasn't terribly expensive. Especially if you just have them fabricate it in their shop and you install it (and paint it) yourself, rather than having them come out and do it on-site.

There's a bunch of them in the Verizon Yellow Pages under "IRON & IRON WORK". (page 839 & 840, in the 2008-2009 book)

If you don't have the book, here's a few of the listings:

Herndon Ornamental Iron Works 703 620 2508
Action Iron 540 286 1667
Rick's Iron Works, Manassas Park 703 369 5189
Ravensworth Welding, Alexandria 703 461-0505
Emerald Iron Works, Woodbridge Emerald Ironworks~A Premiere Driveway Gate and Architectural Iron Company; Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland
Halac Ironworks, Sterling 703 406 4766

Mmmm, it even looks like Long Fence Co. has an ornamental iron division (1 888 802 5664).

disclaimer: I have no personal experience with any of these companies, therefore I am not recommending them.

i bought it from Lowes! and did the work as far as installing it myself.
other companies wanted a minimum of 1100. i bought the railings, 12 foot by 4 feet........metal.......black....for about 250......and then spent an afternoon helping a contractor whom i paid about 100 bucks to install it. some drilling in the concrete wall is needed so i wanted to make sure it's done right.

Good luck.
