What's the scoop on this property? Any management issues, lurking facilities problems? How is it for a no-longer-young professionals family? (Will we be overrun by 20-somethings or is that mostly Clarendon?)

I don't know about "overrun" but there are a lot of 20-somethings in the area. Even though it has its own Metro stop, Virginia Square isn't really it's own neighborhood- It's more of an extension of Ballston.

Yes, it is likely that you'll see many many 20-somethings.

We lived in Virginia Square for a very short time when we first moved back to the area last year. We liked it a lot - the area was safe and lively and we could walk to *everything.* But we did feel relatively ancient (at ages 29 and 31). All of our neighbors were fresh out of college or grad school.
