Thanks for all the advice. I think we are going to shoot for Ashburn. We like the family oriented nature of it. I did hear that if you live near Farmwell Rd, you can skip the $4.50 toll each way and just pick up Rt. 28 to the Toll Road. We have to sell our current home first, so who knows when we'll get to move out there. My commute is an hour and a half now to Tysons....so a 45 minute commute from Ashburn sounds great!

yes, once you pass 28 the toll is like .50 cents each way.

Ashburn is very nice and a great family community with very good schools.

Good luck.

Loudoun County, Virginia- Three men were arrested Monday in connection with a home invasion style robbery in Ashburn.

Charged in the incident was Jonathan Duchatellier, 18, Jason Charles Chambers, 20, of Ashburn and Francis Kingsley Coffie, III, 18, of Sterling. All three were charged with robbery and kidnapping and are being held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.

Around 5 p.m. Tuesday Loudoun Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 21380 block of Shady Wood Terrace for a report of a home invasion. The victim told authorities that a female knocked on the door of their residence. When they answered the door several men entered and brandished what was later determined to be a BB gun.

Inside the suspects restrained the victim and removed jewelry, cash, a cell phone, and a laptop computer from the home. The suspects were identified and three men were taken into custody.

Members of the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division continue to investigate and further charges are possible.
