It may be tough to get in at Reston. I run by the tennis courts along Fairway Drive (between Wiehle Avenue and North Shore Drive) quite frequently, and whenever I do (at any time of the day) there are always plenty of people playing tennis at the courts near Hook Road. I don't know if all of the town parks are that overcrowded or not, but you might need to pounce quickly upon an open court if you find one.

Doppelganger69 is on a distinguished road
Hi again, Melbourne Fam! Some of the small swim clubs around here also offer tennis. One I that I think has openings is Hunter Mill Swim & Racquet Club (huntermill.org). There's one in Vienna that does not have membership openings, but might let you take tennis lessons (viennawoods.org).

If he/she decides to come out of the retirement, let me know.
I coach kids to become professional and have summer camp in Hawaii next month. Also there is winter camp at Florida with few other professional coaches.
