UPDATE: February 2009 Fairfax County Real Estate Bubble ** Prices Down 24% in Past 12 Months ** 39% Below 2005 Peak
February 2009 home sales data is now available. The median price of all homes sold in February 2009 was $307,000. Prices are 39% below their peak price of $503,000 in July 2005. Prices of homes that are selling are are at spring 2003 levels.

Right direction...ways to go!!
Housing Prices have been 2 times the median income as a norm. We are somewhere between 3-4 times currently.
