Cheapest bet is to plead "no contest" and simply explain that you made a mistake and hope they will reduce to improper, which they almost always do. Expensive bet is to hire a lawyer and pay the lawyer a thousand bucks and probably have the same outcome.

Kind of late considering the conviction is over a year old.

I was under the impression the commonwealth attorneys in FFX county wouldn't talk to defendants. One of the reasons I decided to get a lawyer for my speeding ticket.

Without reading back I'm not sure what this one was about. But you're right. Last time I was there, for work, the prosecutors would only speak to the officers and lawyers.
