I know where you are thinking of!
No, it's not a Wegman's. I think it used to be a Weis. It is now Bloom. It is the Dillingham Square Shopping Center I believe. Honestly, I think that daycare center is gone and that it was a Minnieland. It escapes me. I just remember going there and seeing the "playground" in the back. I think it's Gold's Gym now.
I used to use an older, non-chain daycare center in 22192. It was right off Minnieville Road across the street from Home Depot and Kohl's. It sits on a few acres and the building is pretty old. I don't even think most people are aware it is a daycare center.
It was owned by a husband and wife (retired educators). They owned one other in Manassas. While the building was fairly crappy, they did try to improve it, but the best thing was that many of the teachers had been there for AGES. Very low turnover. My kids were happy there. They also had a lot of land for the kids to be outside on without a lot of cars/shopping/people all over the place. The place is still there. It did change its name recently so I can't even tell you what it is called but they are having an open house this Saturday (11 April). I did manage to see that sign!
