What do you want to do at the FBI? What you want to do could have bearing on your major. I know econ and business majors who went for the finance/accounting positions, psychology majors who go into the Agent track, and political science/international relations majors who went into the Analyst track for Counterterrorism. First off, I'd primarily think about what you're interested in. If you don't get into the FBI, you'll still have that degree and need to do something with it. Then go to the FBI's career website and look at what career paths they have that would interest you, and what sort of skills they look for in applicants.
The people I know at the FBI mostly applied through a recruiting session at school and are in some sort of entry-level program in various finance or counterterrorism units. From here, they're planning on where to go within the agency (Agent v. Analyst tracks).
