Smile Changes in culpeper, Va
What changes are being made in culpeper. I have read somewhere that it is the fastest growing city/county in VA and I wanted to know how? I can't find any information on what is exactly being done except for new homes and a school I heard. My husband road through and he did see construction but mostly woods. We are looking into all areas around culpeper and was thinking that maybe culpeper may have a good future???

You decide whether this is good or bad but some friends of mine said the area has become a hotbed for illegal immigrants, especially Hispanics. I don't live there and rarely visit but I've seen this mentioned in the newspaper as well.
