Gym Membership (Arlington: living in, cost of, centers)

Hey there. We will be moving to Shirlington Village and now are trying to find a good gym. Currently have a Gold's membership and would like to know if there are Gold's memberships up there where you can go to any Gold's? Are there any gym's that people feel are better options for someone who enjoys traditional classes? also are there any local yoga studios (Bikram or ASTANGA)?

Not sure about the Gold's but, I know there is a Bikram yoga studio right by the Van Dorn metro.
