Default I will visit Washington, D. C. and Arlington area for 10 days; would love to get some

Hello:
I will visit Washington, D. C. and Arlington area for 10 days next week, would love to get some information from anyone who lives in or knows about Washington, D. C. and Arlington, any suggestions, advices, and recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!
The following are my questions:
1. Public transportation:I don’t drive, which one is more convenient for visiting all the museums, monuments, and historic sites? Metro or Tourmobile? Please tell me in detail.
2. My plan is to spend one day in Georgetown, to spend another day in Old Town Alexandria, is it enough time for me to have a not–in-a-hurry visit? Where is the must-see place in those two places? Any good restaurants? How about the public transportation in those two places?
3. How long will it take if I want to visit The Pentagon? Half day?
4. How long will it take if I want to visit C.I.A.? Half day?
5. Would like to enjoy some concerts, I heard that there are free concerts at the Library of Congress; just don’t know how to get the ticket, who can tell me in detail? Thanks so much.
6. I am a very attractive female, how about safety in Washington, D. C. and Arlington area?
7. The last question is “”where is the most romantic place in Washington, D. C. and Arlington area?””.

Well hope you enjoy your trip. I'd leave a full day for your tours. Georgetown is all about hanging out in bars and restaurants. There are jaz clubs alone the canal. Romantic restaurants - they are everywhere. Have fun!

Take the tourmobile. You can get on and off and spend some time at each stop. Mark the stops that you would like to spend more time at and visit them more extensively on another day.

IMO you should not stop at the Smithsonian on the tour mobile, the museaums are a seprate day on their own.

A visit to a Kennedy Center concert is always memorable. The tour of Arlington cemetary is good and takes a few hours.

White House tours must be pre arranged through your state representaive office. Some of the museaums require you get passes early in the am and come back at a designated time. The FBI building was closed . . not sure if it is open yet. Spy museaum tickets sell out early in the am.

Depending on the code, security is tighter during some times than others. The metro is very clean . . no drinking, smoking, chewing gum and is patrolled by armed security.
