Default New house in Ashburn, Brambelton, Broadland VA area

Hi All,

I am planning to buy new atleast 3 bed room town house house in areas mentiond above. I am new in this field and don't really know from where or how to start. I just want to make sure i get better deal in better price. Can anyone suggest me anything ?
I hear house price is cheap in Prince William county. What you guys think should I consider PWC or not ? I personally love Ashburn area.

Here is a list of currently available townhouses in Brambleton. Some of them are new construction. Miller and Smith is the only builder currently selling townhomes here, and they are almost sold out in Phase II. The models they are selling are nice; I have several friends who live in the M&S townhouses in Phase I.

If you love Ashburn, then move to Ashburn. A lot of places are cheap, but it doesn't mean you will like living there.
