Chesterbrook, Churchill Road, Haycock, Kent Gardens, Spring Hill, Wolftrap, Westbriar, Franklin Sherman, etc. do not offer full day.
Some that do include Fairhill, Greenbriar East, Mosby Woods, Graham Road, etc.

If they don't offer full day K programs, do they offer after school programs?

Sorry, but this problem is in the wealthy areas such as McLean and Vienna.

Then move out of there if you don't like it.

Well, it is true that when FCPS made the transition to full-day kindergarten, they did it in order of "need." Those students who would benefit the most from full-day (i.e. lower income at-risk students) got it first. And wealthier schools were to get it last. The original proposed timeline was for all schools to have full-day kindergarten by 2009-2010. But we all know that it is not the case. Many schools still have not made the transition because there is no funding for it. That leaves the wealthier elementary schools without full-day kindergarten. Schools like Flint Hill, Louise Archer, Wolf Trap in Vienna and I think most of the schools in McLean as well. There are others, too. Those are just the ones I am familiar with. I do think it is unfair that some schools in the county get full-day kindergarten and some do not. I am actually surprised that it is legal to have it this way.

Again, your input has added absolutely no value to this thread.
The point of this thread was about taxes and inequalities of service in FFX Cty.
Your first response was "taxes go up every year....why are you surprsied?"
I humored your strange questioning with valid answers, as many others have also provided rebuttals to your statement. Now this.
For you, I could have easily returned the favor by saying, if you didn't like Dubya, why didn't you move out of the United States? If you don't like Fox News, don't watch it. Or, if you don't like Obama, why don't you jump off a building?
Of course, that would have added no value to the conversation, so I didn't.
If you have no value to add, save your energy. Don't respond.

Finally, a well thought out response, of which the reasoning I'm already fully already of. It's been rare on this thread.
