Default Can anyone recommend a realtor for Fairfax/Vienna area?
I am in need of a realtor that specializes in Fairfax, Vienna, Oakton, etc... that area of Nova.

I have a realtor for Arlington County if we decide to move there, but I don't have anyone who really knows all of the neighborhoods in the areas I mentioned above.

The realtor must be knowledgable, but also creative and a great negotiator.

Does anyone know a realtor who fits this bill??

Our realtor is really knowledgable about Fairfax, and she used to live near the Oakton and Vienna areas, so I bet she knows a lot of personal info about those neighborhoods. She is a great negotiator. She got us a fantastic deal on our house this past December.
She is Phyllis Maier with Jobin Realty.
