Question Choosing a Public Storage Help Needed

Does anyone have good or bad experiences with a public storage in the Northern Virginia area? Specifically: Annandale/Springfield/Falls Church. This is my first time so I called Public Storage and made a reservation. Though they give you the first month for a dollar (actually $23) the remaining time is not that chap. Basically, the more accessible the storage the more the costs. For example a storage that you could drive up to can be about $200. They told me they have a frieght sized elevator. Any good and cheap ones?
