Default Rental rates for 1 bedroom/loft in Rosslyn

For comparison purposes, I'd like to ask about the rental rates in Rosslyn. I am very interested in the area near cafe asia, the building I am looking at is 1800 Wilson Blvd. The rental is a 1008sq ft 1 bedroom w/loft and 1 bathroom. It is less then 2 years old. Can somebody please point me to a resource that can help me compare rental rates?

thanks
wraith

I live a few blocks away from the block you described. Based on the information you gave, I would expect that apartment to go for $2100 or so, perhaps a bit more depending on the floor and whether there was a view.

Unit 430 in that building rented for $2500 in March of this year. 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a loft, 898 sq ft. If you would like info about the other rented units PM me. I don't work in that area, but I know agents who do.

Rental prices in Rosslyn (and most of Arlington) tend to vary greatly depending on the building age, amenities, and exact location. One bedroom prices near the Metro will usually fall in the $1500 to $2000 range. Add in a loft or den and you will be looking at $2,000 plus. 1800 Wilson is almost equidistant to Court House and Rosslyn Metro...it might even be slightly closer to Court House but it's a nice area either way.
