That would be my suggestion as well. A favorite. Can be a bit pricy, but you get a fistful of history with it! a great brunch as well. If you make reservations see if you can get in the bar area, or the front part, the place way in the back is very pretty, but doesn't have the ring of history to it...

The Chophouse in DC is in a really old skewl building. Food was pretty good too.

Dog food? Yuck, cat food tastes much better. Check out Friskie's Lamb and Rice for Cats, it's labelled "For Seniors." I'm a senior, so I guess that's the right one for me!

LOL, if I come into work one day and you're meowing I'll know why.

Fuddrucker's in Herndon closed a long time ago. Mellow Mushroom took its place.

Ted's Montana Grill closed years ago.

I second Jackson's. Its menu is the typical Great American Restaurant menu.

ETA: I agree with Old Ebbitt Grill as a good option.

Those suggestions were relevant when they were posted 8 years ago.

I don't see a recent post by you that would have brought this thread back up. Hmmm.
That's odd and I'm curious, but no biggie.
