I hear we got 2 inches in some spots yesterday. I'm happy--my grass is green again and it looks like we won't have to worry about water restrictions this year!

Looks like we'll have scattered rain all week, which should keep it relatively cool. Not bad, considering we're heading into the dog days.

It really hasn't even been hot yet. You know that when on the weather they are talking about "hot days ahead" and they show 88,89,90. A lot of years that would be a little cool down at the end of July. The pools are still actually a bit cool.
